SolutionPros offers our support services at a discounted rate to our clients. This product is known as a Time Block Agreement (TBA). The Time Block Agreement is not a contract, but rather is prepaid support. This prepaid support may be used for whatever service the client deems necessary. These services include, but are not limited to: Network support, remotely and on site, preventative maintenance procedures, application support, and needs analysis and consultation. Outstanding balances may not be applied to equipment purchases or be refunded and they do not expire. Part of this program is our Preventative Maintenance procedure which ensures your network and equipment are operating safely and efficiently. |
