I want to express my appreciation to SolutionPros. I looked at several different telephone systems, but your tenacity and confidence in the 3COM IP system made my decision easy to make. Most importantly, you expressed how all of your support people were the best at what they do in order to make the implementation as seamless as possible. That made me feel comfortable in what was to be a very challenging project.

We switched from Kansas to Missouri so we had to change our telephone numbers which we had for 40 years. You found great solutions which in turn gave us much better continuity in our numbers. It obviously took several months for our customers to adjust, but we are now better off. The secondary benefit was that we were able to have more numbers, better efficiency, and our Southwestern Bell telephone bill was actually lower than what we were paying before.

The technology of the 3COM system is the latest and greatest, but most importantly it is able to expand, upgrade and change to take care of our needs however they may change in the future. The administration of the system did take us several months to get "just right", but with your help we have become masters of it now. But, if we meet a challenge we can't handle, a quick call to SolutionPros easily solves whatever issue we have.

Now that the smoke has cleared form our recent office relocation, we wanted to take a quick moment to recognize and thank SolutionPros for the effort made to assist us in a smooth transition.

SolutionPros' technicians are outstanding. The team served us well in our previous move over 3 years ago, and also during our major system upgrade last year, so what a relief it was to be able to call upon them again. Of course, SolutionPros came through for us this time with the same remarkable technical expertise, efficiency, and overall professionalism that we have come to expect- but have always appreciated.

Service coordination simply astounded us by consistently going above and beyond for us both before and after the move. SolutionPros knowledge of telephony services is incredibly thorough, but what truly impressed us was the exceptional ability to communicate and coordinate effectively between multiple contacts at Checkdate and several of our other vendors and service providers, to ensure that all of our services transitioned smoothly. It is a hideously complicated process, which SolutionPros navigated for us from start to finish without a hitch- and all while exhibiting a spirit of service that must surely be unique in the industry.

We were extremely pleased with our new facility and the fresh new environment. It has been a very positive move and has enabled us to launch the new Checkdate Solutions identity in a much more positive and effective manner.

Community Bank & Trust is a regional bank with twelve branches in southwest Missouri and two branches in southeast Kansas. We recently engaged SolutionPros to install a 3COM NBX phone system. We had two goals for our new system:

1. Allow us to provide better customer service. Before installing the NBX phone system, we often had to ask a customer to hang up and dial another of our offices. Now, with the NBX system, we can transfer a customer call wherever it needs to go.

2. Reduce our long distance costs. Many of our calls are from branch to branch. With the NBX system, those calls now travel across our wide area network and avoid toll charges.

SolutionPros worked with us in planning and implementing the new system. As we worked through the project, I found the people at SolutionPros to be trustworthy, helpful, and competent. They were straightforward about what the 3COM NBX system would and wouldn't do, they were always pleasant to work with, and they were able to work quickly through any issues that came up.

I've worked with a lot of technology vendors over the past several years. If I were to grade those vendors, I would give SolutionPros an "A". Most of the others would get B's or C's.

I want to express my sincere thanks for the positive experience Carlyle Van Lines had with SolutionPros throughout the design and implementation of our new 3COM IP phone system. Additionally, we look forward to our business relationship growing as technology advances and our company continues to move forward.

With the pace of our business at Carlyle we have limited time to focus on special projects. SolutionPros' team was able to carry the ball during the entire conversion process while keeping us informed as needed. As written, due to our growth, we have to not only rely on companies such as SolutionPros for technological expertise, additionally we must have a great deal of trust for those we work with in any endeavor. SolutionPros has earned that trust and we will continue to look to SolutionPros for direction.

The administrative portal included in the new system has allowed us to completely manage the system on our own. We can easily conduct adds, moves and changes without the assistance of a vendor. In many cases when employees change offices, etc. they don't even need to contact our IT department. SolutionPros' product has truly streamlined our day to day administrative process.

I recommend SolutionPros and 3COM to anyone who is looking at the purchase of a new PBX.

I want to thank you for your support on many technology projects at Academie Lafayette. SolutionPros has helped us move our phone system into the new building, developed and maintained our voice and data network, and most recently implemented our wireless network.

SolutionPros has always responded to our needs in a timely manner, and has been very helpful in supplementing our incredibly small tech support staff . I appreciate the advice you give on topics relating to our network, such as planning for growth and keeping up with our changing environment. I would like to thank SolutionPros for the absolutely fantastic job in implementing our new phone and IT infrastructure. Your staff's impressive knowledge, planning, expertise and communication skills far exceeded any expectations. Schedules were met and implementation was done professionally to meet our companies need for no down time. This is quite an accomplishment considering our entire infrastructure was converted to entirely new systems. SolutionPros recommendations for hardware and software were right on the money and I'm extremely pleased with the performance of the servers for MS Exchange, MS Web Server, Domain controller and the peripherals such as firewall, switches and router. The performance and reliability of the two SQL servers, which are very much at the heart of our business, has been outstanding.
